How to book
This is a step by step guide to show you how to make a valid room booking at New Yiu Fai GuestHouse with a credit card. In order to secure a booking, a deposit is always required. PayPal is secure 3rd party payment processor that handles credit card payment for us. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a payment.
Select Arrival Date by clicking the calendar and then click on the actual date. Select your room type and press "Save to Cart". You can reselect different date and room type again after Rooms is saved.
Important, even though in case where your arrival time is way passed mid-night, it is still consider an one night stay. Please use the date of the pervious day as your arrival date. For example, if you are arriving at 1:00 AM in the morning of May 8, please use May 7 as your arrival date.
Please note, select your room types in ONE reservation and pay ONE time deposit only.
Booked for Couple room on May 8 - May 11 (3nights) and go to macau on May 11. Again coming back on May 12 for 1 night.
Click "Book" button and fill in your details. Make sure every fields are filled correctly. If you are uncertain on a field, type "N/A".
If you have a PayPal account and planning to use it to fund this booking, please try to use the same e-mail address as your PayPal account. This is to avoid confusing on our end.
Review your reservation details with total amount and deposit.
Select Paypal by credit card (No need a paypal account)
Click on the confirm my reservation and redirect to Payment Gateway
For the direction to make deposit by credit card Via PAYPAL, Please click here.
After you've done the deposit successfully, you are able to login with created Username and password on our website. Please login to Member Area and click on the "View Details".
After clicked the "View Details" button, you will see your entirely reservation details.
Important, Request for clicking the "Print" button to print it out for check in reference.
